In 1989, John Stothers, a first time playwright, began developing a rock musical called ‘Pilgrim’ that he describes as ‘Les Mes’ meets ‘Cirque du Soleil’. By 2005 he had raised a million dollars to produce it. In early 2006, he watched it come to life in the Montalban Theater in Hollywood, CA – not far from his suburban Pasadena home where he lives with his wife and two boys. This film captures the internal and external journey of a man and his dream.
