Check Beyond the Box

The client wanted to move their workforce beyond simply looking at compliance as an intrusive line item to be checked off their personal box of responsibilities and actually internalize its principles as an all-inclusive state of mind covering everything they do. This change in philosophy would prevent potentially dangerous siloed thinking -- where employees and even entire divisions didn’t share important compliance experiences with co-workers.

This video was created to foster buy in with upper level management on the concept of moving beyond just “checking the box” to actually discovering, applying and sharing ideas across corporate boundaries.
