Compliance Training via an “Amazing Race”/”National Treasure” mashup
To introduce their new compliance code and teach employees how to find answers to questions, our client created a scavenger hunt on the DC Mall for top level employees with clues and code questions scattered throughout museums. We filmed this "National Treasure" meets "Amazing Race" active-learning training in order to replicate the experience for their workforce at large.
We edited their experience into segments and delivered an interactive DVD where the viewer raced the clock to solve the same puzzles and answer the same questions as the team they were watching in the "show." Word spread quickly about the unique training, creating a competitive urgency and extremely high participation rates.
