Performance evaluations can often lead to awkward, uncomfortable, possibly even confrontational conversations between managers and subordinates. Our client wanted to help prepare their management team for dealing with sensitive conversations without resorting to a typical video of two people engaged in a stilted, phoney conversation.
Resonate developed a series of realistic interactions that established a throughline of tension to keep viewers engaged. The video was delivered in sections with breaks for discussion and questions.
