Internal Branding: Leadership

A three day company-wide conference was set to dazzle employees with groundbreaking ideas and celebrity appearances (including U.S. President George Bush Sr.). But how to quickly capture employees’ attention and get them in a forward-thinking mindset? The client’s objective was to instill pride in the company's long history of greatness and impress upon employees the role "vision" played in building that legacy as well as its necessity for the company to remain great.

This video was our answer, and it perfectly set the tone and stage for the company’s president to make his first appearance at the conference where he quieted the crowd with a piercing question:
